We love this trampoline! It came at the perfect time having a new baby in the house...it keeps our girls (age 3 and 5) busy and they are getting great excercise in our own backyard. They use it every day and even ask to go on it when its raining outside. They are sleeping better at night as well from getting more energy out during the day. My husband is a mechanic, so assembly was fairly easy for him and took him about 2 hours to put together. The only negative review I have for this product is that the zipper always gets stuck on the netting when being zipped and unzipped. Other than that, we love it and feel it has been a great investment!

Great product for the kids. We bought it for our 6 year old's birthday party, and it was a huge hit with all the kids. The older brothers even had a go while there was ice on it! If you're looking for a good size, and don't have a large yard, this one is perfect.

the only problem we had is the legs. There is a need to make it more clear how the pieces comes together. The instruction is not enough good!!! The top cap is a joke. There is no chance it stick to the pole top. Needs to re-design it. Otherwise it is a great product.

Very nice quality trampoline, one of the nicest I've seen. Directions are pretty lousy, but once you figure out the pattern it's okay, just make sure the holes face outward and when you start you are building upside down, so 3 holes up in each metal pipe for springs (because will turn over.)

I purchased this particular trampoline because of the overall good reviews on it and the only con being putting it together. So far, we have found the same to be true. I would suggest the manual mention the importance of tying on the white ropes in order to get the protective net up, b/c without those ropes, the net would pop out of place every time we tried to put the third or forth one in its place. Also, the plastic caps that we assume go on top of the four poles, do not fit at all, so we just left them off. It has been the favorite Christmas gift for ALL of us!!!

We got the trampoline for our kids and they love it! My daughter takes trampoline classes and this is great to have in-between classes. The neighbor kids love it to. I feel that with the net, it is very safe for them to jump on and not fall out. The net placement inside the springs is key. NO jumping into the springs! It took two of us about three hours to put it together. But once it was done, it's all been fun.Don't buy a cheap trampoline at [...] or anywhere else. You will regret it when it falls apart. Pay the extra for this top notch trampoline and you'll be glad you did.

Looks great set-up and functions perfectly. However assembly was quite difficult. Poles didn't match up between legs very well and had to drill self tapping screws to insure strength that they would not pull out of brackets. Instructions should have had all letters or numbers to identify parts. Took five hours to assemble. All in all my grandson loves it and should get much use.

My kids love this tramp. We got the 15 foot one. It is the best one for this price range for sure. It isn't hard to put together if you pay attention to the pictures. But, plan on spending about 5 hours from start to finish. Great fun!

I am not sure if I got a newer version than those who reviewed this before but the directions that were in my unit were not as difficult as stated in previous reviews. BTW, that was my only concern before buying this model was the assmebly BUT I can say that I put this tother myself in 1 hour and 45 minutes while being distracted by my 4 year old who could NOT wait to start jumping. I did have help in turning the frame over as I assembled the frame upside down and stood on end and laid it down right side up.

BEST gift I ever got my son, we bought it for him to get him some more fitness activities and we can't get him off the trampoline!

I like the size and quality and of course my wife likes the fact that the netting is on the inside and our son can't get caught in the perimeter springs.

EXCELLENT product and highly recommend this trampoline for its value, quality and ease of assembly.

We bought our new trampoline to replace an old one so we've done this before. The quality of this model from the frame and enclosure have been improved with better designs. The assembly went better after laying out all the pieces and noting a few differences in the frame pieces such as the screw holes for the enclosure bars. Once we counted out the spring lay out, the rest was easy except for keeping the kids off it till we finished. The zippered front and shoe holder are great features.

My kids love this trampoline. Its sturdy. I wouldnt say it was difficult to set up (definately need two people) it was that the directions were a little unclear and we ended up re-doing a few things once we got the hang of it it went smoothly. Our kids age 3 - 7 love jumping on it, as well as the neighborhood kids. The enclosure is the best one I've seen. It has a sturdy plastic ring that feeds through the entire top of the net, so the enclosure is supported all the way around, not just at the top of each pole like all the others I've seen. The enclosure zips up, and if the zipper happens to break, it also has hooks you can use in place of the zipper.

The only bad part is that some of the instructions are not very clear. Just pay careful attention to all the drawings and you should be ok for the most part. If you don't do it right the first time, it's hard to get apart. I put in one of the enclosure supports the wrong way because the picture doesn't show where to put the hole. You'll also probably need two people to get the last part of the frame assembled.

We love our new edition. The enclosure was especially a surprise. I read reviews on how it was flimsy, but, I thought is was rather tight. Unfortunately the kids do to so they like to bounce off of it from time to time(oops). Yes the set up was awful,(when lining up pole frame) we had to drill holes in the metal because they didn't line up. It works great and is serving its purpose for our son(3) and his cousins. There was ONE THING MISSING from the DIRECTIONS:

"Make sure the SCREW HOLES ON EACH of the 4 T-JOINTS FACE OUTWARD." (This missing piece meant we had to tear it down and start again if we wanted to attach the cage.)

Otherwise, we love it! It quickly jumps your heart up, and so much fun too.

We wish we could find a protective cover that would work with the cage ON as all the ones we have found online all seem to necessitate removing it.

This is a well made quality product that my kids are enjoying. It's sturdy and safe but it is time consuming to set up. The only draw back is that it is a softer bounce than the previous trampoline that we owned and therefore you can't jump as high.

Got it for my kids, and once it's up, the trampoline is great. Seems very sturdy; my 4 year old son bounces straight into the enclosure and it's fine. At 14 feet, it also is HUGE. Echoing what some other reviews have said, the only issue is the set-up. The instructions are AFWUL! You will need 2 people and 3-4 hours, minimum. If that sounds like a lot, it's b/c you'll likely have to go back and re-do a few things b/c of the horrible directions. Otherwise, great trampoline.

I have 5 year old twin girls and a 3 year old boy. They absolutely love this 14 foot trampoline. It's big enough for all 3 to bounce on safely at the same time. One major flaw is in the setup instructions: Face the screw holes in the T-bar to the OUTSIDE (instructions do not tell you this!) I did on 2 of them, and did not on 2 of them. On the latter two, I had to use a drill and make new holes to avoid taking everything apart and starting over.

I have teens who are usually difficult to get outside. Not so now with this trampoline. They are out there every day. Compared to many of their friends' trampolines, they say this one has lots more bounce. This was definitely a great investment of our money.
Our only complaint is that it was difficult to set up and we still have not been able to get the safety enclosure secured. We are beginning to wonder if we were sent a smaller size net.

This trampoline is great. Took a few hours (with four adults) to set up, but was relatively easy. One of the adults really knew what she was doing (this was her 4th tramp to put together) so it would take longer with all amateurs. I like to think my husband and I are fairly proficient with assembling items. We used to sell furniture as a side job. But this trampoline is insane. The instructions were CLEARLY written by someone who does not speak ENGLISH and are virtually worthless. I even went so far as so file a warranty claim, thinking I had a defective / mismatched unit. A week later I checked back in w/ customer service, only to find the previous rep had never even FILED my claim. After an hour of being on hold the guy finally explained to me in detail how we were supposed to assemble this sucker. Holy cow. So it wasn't defective after all, and the kids were jumping w/in a few hours. HOWEVER - Just today I went outside to try to assemble the enclosure, only to discover the tramp is STILL not assembled correctly, and we're going to have to take the ENTIRE thing apart - springs and all, to get it right. AAAAARRRRRGGGGH!

The trampoline is great...much better quality than so many I've seen. I love the enclosure. Again, better quality than most. The whole thing was awful to set up, though. The instructions are basic, so you think that it doesn't matter which way a certain piece goes. Then 4 steps into the process, you realize that the foot piece that you have screwed into place has to be put on with a certain side facing outwards so you can screw in another piece properly. We had to start over twice because of this. And we are smart people!! The pictures do not show details of the pieces (ie. sides with holes on them vs. sides without holes), and the written instructions never mention which side to place facing where. So......read the entire instruction booklet and figure out for yourself which way pieces need to be facing before you start.

The instruction booklet doesn't tell you that the T-connectors have a right and wrong way so we put the whole thing together and then had to take it all apart again to be able to put up the enclosure. I bought this trampoline for my kids and they love it and I love it now but assembly was a pain and the instructions were poor. I've put together trampolines before but this one took 4 hours to get together and key elements like make sure you leave the screw holes facing out on the enclosure t part were left out which means you basically have to start over or drill into the metal.

the trampoline is a huge hit at our house. it was delivered quickly and came in a compact box which surprised us all. we had some difficulty assembling it but i believe that was more due to the two seventeen year old males who refused to read directions. the kids all love it and it has already been worth the price which was very reasonable to start with!

We are very pleased with this product! The kids love it and so do the adults. You must supervise (as with all trampolines) since the kids want to all be in it at once (A very very bad idea). They can't seem to get enough! Putting it together was a bit difficult as the parts don't easily line up and the plugs that top off the net's poles always come off (might want to glue those down). Overall a good choice for us!

The trampoline seems to be great quality. So far so good. I am a little dissappointed in the enclosure as far a quality. But I am not sure how to make it any better.

We bought this trampoline as a combined gift for our 3 kids' birthdays...ages 10, 7, 4. All of them love it. Although they have friends with an $800 model of trampoline, they are very pleased with the way this one bounces. My husband and I enjoy it too. It was easy to put together, but the instructions were, well...typical! Every step had to be figured out as we went....hence the 4 star rating. The 15' is large...looks like a spacecraft landed in our yard, but I feel confident it will get years of use and am glad it is plenty large for all three of the kids as they grow.

i bought this trampoline for my three kids and they love it, the enclosure is great and strong, the only thing is that the zipper snags if you zip it down too fast but other than that it is a great trampoline.

We love the trampoline, but it seems much bigger than stated dimensions. We were shopping for something that would not take up our whole yard. The dimensions don't seem to match what was stated. As for as the trampoline, our kids think its GREAT!

I previously bought a trampoline from a competitor, however, the quality was poor so I sent it back. I then got this one, for less money, and have found that it is better in every way, stronger, sturdier, better quality, improved packaging and customer information. I would recommend this to anyone as an affordable, good quality trampoline.....no need to look elsewhere!

My kids love this trampoline....the enclosure is sturdy and easy to see through. The tramp is very well made and heavy, which was a necessity due to a lot of wind in our back yard. It has gone through a couple very windy storms and didn't move at all. I have recommend this already to friends looking for a tramp. The only con so far is the design of the shoe bag, it detached from the strap that holds it onto the trampoline almost immediately.

It squeaks more than I thought it should, but maybe that's just my big butt! Come to think of it, it doesn't squeak when my kids are on it!

The directions were not so great. I dread taking it apart for the winter.

The set up was easy. The only thing they didn't tell you was that the screw holes on the
t- bracket need to be facing out so that the enclosure connects properly. We had to take it apart and start over once we realized our mistake.

The only thing I have to say I was upset about was that online it stated that the weight limit was 300 pds., when I read the instructions after receiving the trampoline it stated the weight limit was 220. It is a pretty big difference.
